Recipient Profile

📍 To access Recipient Profiles, go to: Recipients

Overview

When you navigate to Recipients, you'll see a list of all recipients stored in your RedFlag database. To view or edit details for a specific recipient, simply click on the row to open their profile.

🛡️ Note: If your location uses Azure AD Data Import, sFTP File Import, or the Paylocity API for data integration, profile information may not be editable within RedFlag. This is because the recipient data is being synced from your designated source of truth.
