Desktop Alert Message Headlines

Overview

Personalize the headlines used in desktop alert messages to ensure they capture attention and drive immediate action. When sending a message through the Desktop App channel, you can select from a list of pre-configured headlines that appear prominently at the top of the message.

Well-crafted headlines help recipients quickly understand the urgency and importance of the message. Be sure to choose headlines that are not only visually appealing but also highly legible and easy to comprehend.

Add Custom Desktop Alert Headlines

You can add as many custom headlines as needed. Once added, these headlines will appear as selectable options when creating a message or template with the Desktop App channel enabled.

Character Limit: 50 characters
Where to Use: Available under Create Message and Create Template when the Desktop App channel is selected

Manage Existing Headlines

Default headlines are provided, but you can fully customize your list:

Edit a headline by clicking the pencil (edit) icon next to it.
Delete a headline by clicking the trash (delete) icon next to it.
All changes are auto-saved as soon as they are made.

🛡️ Note: These headlines only apply to messages sent through the Desktop App channel and do not affect other delivery channels.
