Recipient App Profile Settings

📍 To access Recipient App Profile Settings, go to: More > Recipient App Settings > Profile Settings

Overview

The Recipient App Profile Settings page allows you to control the layout and order of data fields that recipients see when they log into the RedFlag Recipient App (web or mobile).

Configuration

• Only data fields enabled for the Recipient App will be shown on this page.
• You can organize data fields into one, two, or three columns using drag-and-drop.
• To rename a column header (e.g., from Profile Information), double-click the existing header text, enter a new name, and click away to save.
• All changes are auto-saved as they are made.

🛡️ Note: If you've made changes and wish to revert to the original layout (as it was when you landed on the page), click the Reset button at the bottom—before navigating away from the page.

Managing Data Fields

• To hide a data field from recipients, go to:
  More > Setup > Profile Data Field Setup
  Then disable the field under the Recipient App column.
• To show a data field that isn't currently displaying, enable it in the same location under the Recipient App column.
