Recipient App Customization

Overview
Customize the Recipient App to align with your organization’s branding standards.
Application Settings
Logo
Upload a custom logo to replace the default RedFlag logo.
- Supported file types:
.jpg,.png - Max file size: 2 MB
- Recommended dimensions: 225px × 65px or smaller
Favicon (Page Tab)
Upload a custom favicon to appear in the browser tab.
- Supported file type:
.ico - Max file size: 100 KB
- Recommended dimensions: 16px × 16px or 32px
Primary Color
Select the main highlight color used throughout the app.
Ribbon/Button Font Color
Select the font color for buttons and ribbons.
Ribbon/Button Font
Select the font for all header text.
Label/Description Font Color
Choose the font color for labels and page descriptions. The default gray color will remain for body text.
Label/Description Font
Select the font for body copy across the app.
Click Save to apply your changes or Reset to Default to restore RedFlag’s original settings.
Login Page
Registration Tile Alignment
Choose how the login tile aligns with the background image: Left, Center, or Right.
Login Background Image
Upload a custom background image for the login page.
- Supported file types:
.jpg,.png - Max file size: 2 MB
Login Background Color
Use the color picker to apply a solid color instead of an image for the background.
Welcome Message
Customize the message that appears above the login fields. Use this space to describe the purpose of the app for your recipients.
Click Save to apply your changes or Reset to Default to restore RedFlag’s original settings.
Consent Page
Enable or disable a Consent Page to appear after recipients log in.
- By default, this page is disabled.
- When enabled, you can:
- Edit the consent message.
- Require First Name and Last Name as an electronic signature.
- Download a list of recipients who have provided consent.
🛡️ Note: Recipients will only need to consent once unless the consent content is updated, in which case they’ll be prompted to agree again on their next login.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Profile Page
Customize the message at the top of the Profile page to guide recipients on how to update their information.
Click Save to apply your changes.
Groups Page - Group Subscription
Customize the instructional text at the top of the Groups page to help recipients manage their group subscriptions.
🛡️ Note: This page will only appear if your location has at least one Self-Subscribe static group enabled.
Click Save to apply your changes.
