Data Connector - How to Connect to UKG Pro

Overview

RedFlag’s Data Connector Integration allows you to seamlessly sync recipient profile data from UKG Pro into RedFlag—eliminating the need for manual uploads.

Once UKG Pro is connected, you can map incoming fields to RedFlag profile fields. Data will sync automatically, keeping your recipient list up to date.

🛡️ Note: This feature must be enabled by RedFlag on the backend before configuration is available in your account.

Requirements for UKG Pro Connection

• API Server (Base Service URL)
• Username (Web Services User)
• Password
• Customer API Key
• Configure UKG Pro in RedFlag’s Data Connector

Find Required Credentials

API Server (Base Service URL)

• Example: https://service2.ultipro.com
• Located on the UltiPro Web Service Administrative Page (often labeled Base Service URL).
  🛡️ Note: Provide only the base host — no trailing path or WSDL.

Username and Password

• Use a dedicated Web Services User created specifically for RedFlag integration.
• Do not use personal admin credentials.

Customer API Key

• Found on the UltiPro Web Service Administrative Page (sometimes labeled Customer API Key or API Key).

Configure UKG Pro in RedFlag’s Data Connector

1. Open RedFlag’s Data Connector.
2. Enter your Base Service URL, Username, Password, and Customer API Key.
3. Click Save to complete setup.

Your UKG Pro account is now connected 🎉 After connecting, complete configuration to start importing your data.
